Every consultation begins by diving into your health history, eating habits, and any past diets you’ve tried—what worked and what didn’t. While I’m not a medical doctor, I possess an in-depth understanding of how hormones impact weight loss, metabolism, moods, gut health, and cravings. This includes addressing conditions such as insulin resistance, diabetes (both type 1 and type 2), thyroid imbalances, adrenal fatigue, endometriosis, PCOS, and fatty liver disease.

Each client receives a customized weekly meal plan based on their dietary preferences, along with a personalized exercise plan designed for home workouts or our sessions together. To keep you on track, I recommend weekly check-ins to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to your plan.
